Day 3 - Early Morning
It's 6am. Finished my salt water flush in under 10 minutes. It was tough for me. Felt a little nauseous but it subsided. Just hanging around waiting for the flush to take its effect if you know what I mean. I didn't have the same experience as Kat and Nelson yesterday so I'm a little concerned that I did something wrong. Kat did some research, as she always does for me, and found that you need to drink the flush within 15 minutes, took me 45 yesterday. I cut 35 minutes off my time...ahaha, not bad. So hopefully I actually do some "flushing" today. I'll update again this afternoon or evening, going to go get ready for the first day of work on the cleanse. Wish me luck!
